Deva Constructions & Designers, established in 1994, is a forerunner in the building construction industry in South India. Over the past twenty-seven years, Deva Builders has undertaken challenging projects in both the public and private sectors. Later in 2021, Deva Globus Builders India Private Limited was incorporated to take the success story of Deva Builders to other parts of the world. We undertake all types of residential and commercial projects. 2D and 3D Design, Layout design, Virtual View, steel fabricated structure, traditional architecture like Nalukettu and Ettukettu, and cost effective construction according to Vastu Shastra are our specializations.
Through effective communication and follow-through procedures, we ensure to have your requirements as our top priority. For the designing process to engineering works of a building, we have different teams with experts in their respective fields come together to fulfill all the requirements and excellently build your dream projects.
Dr. Kesavadev A. P
Dr. Kesavadev A. P is the Chairman and Managing Director of Deva Globus Builders. He is indeed a person of great virtue, holding a profound experience in the construction and land developing industry. He completed his doctorate in Construction Management from Commonwealth Vocational University, Tonga, after graduating B-Tech Civil Engineering from Kerala University. He has proven his mettle in the field by bringing change in the approach toward building construction, land development and marketing. He started Deva Builders construction and designers company in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, which have almost 250+ employees. After a successful business experience, he started Deva Globus Builders India Pvt.Ltd in 2021. He is a well known social entrepreneur and an active member of Sree sankara trust, BNI and Engineer’s Association. He was the president of Rotary club, GGR and GSR. He has also served as a District official and zonal chairman of the Rotary club.

Visionaries do exist! Born as the third son of the traditional historic family, Dr. Kesavdev A P grew up to be a remarkable all-rounder who excelled in his career as a respected leader. He completed his doctorate in Construction Management from Commonwealth Vocational University, Tonga, after graduating B-Tech Civil Engineering from Kerala University. With 25+ years of rich experience, he has been the mastermind behind numerous commercial and residential landmark projects across Kerala. Innovative and creative ideas with the right blend of novel technology is the key to his success.

Mrs. Sunitha Devi S
Evergreen leader of success! Hailing from a traditional reserved family in Kerala, Mrs. Sunitha possesses an innate winning spirit focused on delivering at the best of her ability. She holds a bachelor’s degree in arts and science with an add on specialization in Fashion designing. With her creative mind and fresh outlook to designing, she has embarked her own space in her field. She is the anchor of Deva Globus Builders and spearheads our designing field.
